What is a question?
One question a buyer asks AI, like “best CRM for a small team”. Every day, each question is asked on every AI app.
What is a brand?
One business or product that you track. You can track a brand in many markets, such as countries or cities. Each market has its own questions.
Where do the answers come from?
WordMouth AI collects answers from the consumer AI apps. These are the apps your buyers use, rather than direct answers from model APIs.
When does WordMouth AI scan?
Every day. Answers are collected overnight, and results publish at 10:00 AM ET. You can also start a scan yourself at any time.
Can I pause?
Yes. Pause a project’s daily scan, or pause single questions. Paused questions do not count toward your plan.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free report needs an account but no card. Annual plans start with a 7-day free trial, also with no card. If you add no card, scans stop when the trial ends and your results stay.
How does annual billing work?
Pay $852 for Essentials, $2,196 for Growth, or $4,404 for Scale, each year. That saves 20%. Your first annual plan starts with a 7-day free trial.
How many people can use it?
Every plan has unlimited users. Everyone in your workspace sees every project and gets the weekly email.
What if an AI app does not answer?
The question shows “No answer” for that app, and it does not count toward your visibility.
