Terms of service
Last updated October 12, 2026
WordMouth AI asks AI apps the questions your buyers ask, shows which businesses the answers name, and writes recommendations that can help AI apps name yours. These terms apply when you use it.
Your account
You need an account to use WordMouth AI. Give a real email address and keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what the people you invite do.
You must be 18 or older and able to accept these terms for yourself or for the business you add.
What you can track
Add businesses that you own, work for, or have permission to track. WordMouth AI reads the public pages of the sites you add to suggest questions and recommendations. Do not use WordMouth AI to collect personal data about people, to send spam, or to overload or attack a website or an AI app.
AI answers
The answers in your reports come from third-party AI apps such as ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, and Gemini. They change over time and can be wrong. WordMouth AI shows them word for word, with the date of each scan, but it does not control them and does not promise that a recommendation will change them. Use the reports as evidence, not as a guarantee.
Plans, trials, and payment
- Every new workspace includes one free report. Plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, in US dollars, until you cancel renewal.
- Each plan holds a number of questions and brands. Every day, each active question is asked on the AI apps that its project uses. You can also run a scan at any time while a plan runs.
- Your first annual plan can start with a 7-day free trial, with no card. If no card is added by the end of the trial, scans stop and your results stay available. Choose a plan to scan again.
- Cancel renewal at any time from Billing. Your plan stays active through the period you paid for. Then scans stop, and your results stay available.
- When you change plans, Stripe charges or credits the difference for the rest of the billing period. We do not refund partial months.
- We tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect for your plan.
Your content
You own what you add: your questions, notes, and settings. You allow us to store and process it to run WordMouth AI for you. We use answer counts from many workspaces, without names, to build industry benchmarks. We do not show one customer’s data to another.
Our service
We work to keep WordMouth AI available and correct, but we provide it as it is, without a promise that it will be free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can delete a project in its settings, and you can ask us to delete your account on the contact page. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms. If we stop the service, we tell you at least 30 days before.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we email account owners before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows the last change.
